At this 5-night Caribbean Retreat, guests can expect a combination of activity, exploration, and luxury. 
 
Each morning begins with an invigorating workout at sunrise.
Your heart is pumping and you are ready to take on the day learning new information about the region and about yourself.
 
Surrounded by like-minded people, a shared joy for life and movement, provides the setting for friendships to bloom.
 
This retreat includes field trips to visit a freshwater well (cenotes) for cliff jumping and snorkeling, a deep tissue massage, an excursion to a Mayan village including another cenote visit and an authentic lunch made by the locals, and a half day Catamaran tour with open bar.
 
Throughout the day, the in-house chef creates one-of-a-kind home-cooked meals with local cuisine and fresh ingredients.

RICARDO
Raised in Northern Mexico, a small city called Tampico, where the love of being close to the sea found a way into his heart.
He developed his passion for bodily movement and the interaction between body and mind through Martial Arts, loving both the traditional aspect and the competition.
Ricardo began yoga to improve his alignment in Calisthenics as well as proper breathing in Martial Arts and immediately fell in love with its focus on balancing body and mind.
He is new to teaching yoga, but an old soul with years in martial arts and mind body connection.
