Born and Raised in Texas. Jeka has been a yoga instructor for 5+ years, her style is power vinyasa flow with plenty of restoration at the end.
She is a registered nurse, health coach, and integrative nutritionist. Her passion for health and wellbeing started at a young age and loves to spend as much time by the ocean as she can.
Jeka began yoga to avoid injuries from running. She fell in love with the benefits and hasn't stopped hitting her mat in over 15 years.
