Amanda is a 500hr certified Yoga Teacher who owns a yoga studio and yoga school in Nova Scotia. She has over 15 years of experience teaching yoga. She leads the 200hr yoga teacher training program at Halifax Yoga.

My teaching style is intentional, playful, challenging, and also restorative and healing.
