CAITLIN SULLIVAN

BIO

Caitlin Sullivan discovered the classical Pilates method while seeking relief from chronic pain after years as a professional ballet dancer. From her very first sessions, she felt the transformative power of Pilates and knew she wanted to share it with others. She began her teaching journey under the mentorship of second-generation Pilates instructor Jennie Rathke in San Diego, immersing herself in the depth of the classical method.

While training in Pilates, Caitlin also earned a holistic health coaching certification, sparking her fascination with the intricacies of female hormones. She recognized a profound connection between the principles of Pilates and the unique needs of women’s bodies, which led her to create the Spring to Life Method. This cyclical approach to Pilates honors the natural rhythms of the menstrual cycle, adapting exercise intensity to align with hormonal and energy fluctuations.

Caitlin’s passion lies in educating and empowering women to embrace their bodies and enjoy movement. Through her teaching, she creates a space where women feel supported, inspired, and connected—both to themselves and to their practice.
