We are thrilled to be returning to Copal for the third year in a row. We practice 1.5 hours of yoga twice a day (sunrise and sunset), with classes generally on the slower side and incorporating asana-holding, meditation, and pranayama (breath practices). Jennifra gently encourages students to stretch beyond their comfort zone and centers self-compassion and inner guidance in her teaching. We are excited this year to be including, among all of the other beautiful Copal offerings, both a cooking class and an excursion to the Mayan ruins of Muyil and the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO-protected natural sanctuary known for its lagoons, mangroves, and abundant wildlife.
