In addition to daily yoga, La Dolce Vita vibes, and amazing food, we will be visiting Alberobello, a fairytale village most famed for its cone-shaped trullis that was built using a prehistoric building technique.
We will venture off to a dairy to taste the traditional cheeses of Puglia. We will go to the beach and swim in the Adriatic sea in Monopoli, will visit Polignano A Mare with its beaches nestled between cliffs into the ocean, will take lots of pictures and have a chance to wander, swim and shop and eat.
We will visit Ostuni and Locorotondo (optional).
We will have 3 culinary workshops, daily sunrise yoga, daily aperitif and sunset yoga.
During this retreat, you will enjoy delicious meals, all included in the package (except for 1 lunch and 1 dinner). Several meals will be enjoyed in picturesque restaurants during excursions.
