Join Copal Retreat for a week long rejuvenating Pilates, Yoga, and Functional Fitness retreat at a beachfront villa in Mexico. Practice Mat Pilates, Fitness, and Weigh training twice daily; trim and be fit.
 
Build muscle, burn calories, and loose fat with amazing oceanfront views, while enjoying a wonderfully curated holiday. Visit a cenote (freshwater opening in the middle of the jungle), and enjoy a snorkel excursion (weather permitted) or a similar activity.
 
Enjoy delicious and healthy high protein meals. Relax with a therapeutic massage. The daily itineraries are crafted to balance movement, excitement, rest, and relaxation.
 
There is amazing and healthy Mexican contemporary cuisine prepared by Copal Retreat's on-site chefs who use fresh ingredients and can accommodate the menu based on your dietary restrictions.
 
There is also plenty of you-time to go hit the beach, bike in the jungle, swim in the pool, paddle board or kayak, read a book on a hammock with the ocean breeze, or go explore the rest of the beautiful Mayan Riviera with our assistance.
 
Example Schedule
The day will start with sunrise mat Pilates and functional training practice, following by a delicious breakfast. 
After breakfast, there will be either an excursion planned, you can enjoy a massage, or there is free time for you to enjoy the pool or beach, go for a bike ride, plan additional excursions, etc. 
A healthy and fulfilling lunch will await you to fuel you up for your afternoon activities. 
Enjoy a restorative yoga and meditation practice during sunset to wind down, followed by a delicious multi course dinner.

Trip to local cenote
Cool off from the hot sun and escape to the secret underworld of turquoise pools where Mayans communicated with the gods. In this hidden location, you can swim in mineral rich waters in magical caves under a jungle-framed sky and feel lost in another time.
 
Evening Out in Playa del Carmen
Experience the vibrant energy of Playa del Carmen with a night out on the town. Enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the area’s top local restaurants, followed by time to explore the famous 5th Avenue—lined with artisan shops, boutiques, and lively street performers. It’s the perfect blend of culture, flavor, and fun under the Caribbean night sky.
