Mayra

After graduating in Business Administration, I followed my heart into the world of Nutrition and Health Sciences. Over the years, I built the academic foundation that allowed me to become the director of a non-profit organization dedicated to the biological treatment of Autism and ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder).

Through this meaningful work, I discovered my true passion — exploring the deep connection between the gut and the brain, and how it shapes our overall well-being.

My journey into holistic health inspired me to study and become a certified instructor in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and later to immerse myself in the study and practice of Ayurvedic Science. This beautiful discipline, which brings together nutrition, meditation, psychology, massage, herbal medicine, and sensory therapy, has become a way of life for me.

In addition, for more than twelve years I have pursued advanced studies in Eschatology (Metaphysics), which have profoundly deepened my understanding of the human experience, consciousness, and spiritual growth. As a certified Ayurvedic chef, I integrate this ancient wisdom into the art of cooking — creating food as a form of healing, balance, and connection between body, mind, and spirit.

Helping others — whether through courses, seminars, conferences (live or online), or personal consultations — fills me with joy and purpose. Yet my greatest reward has been deeply personal: seeing my own autistic son, Ricky, grow into an independent, self-sufficient professional and a socially integrated, happy human being. Knowing that both science and ancient wisdom have guided us on this path is the most fulfilling gift of all.
