Surrender into savasana beneath centuries-old olive trees, sip wine from nearby vineyards, wander through charming old-world villages, and feel the Mediterranean sea breeze on your skin. Enjoy intimate culinary workshops with a lovely local Italian, indulge in fresh pastries and authentic gelato, and share it all with new friends, beautiful surroundings, and plenty of yoga.
Alongside daily yoga with Jennifra, we’ll experience the very best of Puglia. Visit Alberobello, the fairytale village famous for its enchanting cone-shaped trulli; spend time swimming in the Adriatic Sea in Monopoli; and explore Polignano a Mare, where beaches are nestled between dramatic cliffs. We’ll also visit the beautiful whitewashed town of Ostuni and charming Locorotondo (optional), with plenty of time to wander, shop, take photos, swim, and enjoy delicious local food.
Our days will include sunrise yoga, a daily aperitif and sunset yoga, two culinary workshops, cultural excursions, and plenty of time to simply relax and enjoy la dolce vita.
All delicious meals are included in the retreat package, except for one lunch and one dinner. Several meals will be enjoyed at picturesque local restaurants during our excursions.
